Habit Tracker with Voice
Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 October 2026
This app collects no data. It has no account system, no backend server, and no analytics or advertising SDKs. Nothing you enter leaves your device by way of this app.
What the app stores
Your habits, reminder times, and completion history are saved only in local storage on your own device. They are not uploaded anywhere, and the developer has no access to them. Uninstalling the app deletes this data permanently.
Microphone and speech recognition
The app requests microphone access for one purpose: hands-free habit logging. When you tap Tap to Speak, it listens for a single spoken "yes" or "no" and uses the answer to mark a habit as done or missed.
- The app does not record audio, save audio files, or transmit audio to the developer.
- The microphone is active only while a voice prompt is open on screen, and stops as soon as you answer or close it.
- Speech-to-text conversion is performed by your device's operating system, not by this app. On Android this is Google's speech recognizer; on iOS it is Apple's Speech framework. These providers may process the audio on their own servers, under their own privacy policies — Google and Apple respectively.
- You can decline the microphone permission and still use the app; habits can be logged by tapping instead.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, reminders are scheduled locally on your device at the times you choose. No push server is involved and no device token is sent anywhere.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
